An aspect of universl health care: do any of the proposals look at preventitive care as part of the policy?
Could we have doctors monitor people and approve or disapprove coverage based on life style? For example if you are fat and not losing weight or making an effort to lose weight they are denied coverage for Type 2 Diabetese. Or if the smoke no coverage for lung cancer. Or as people progress to a healthier lifestyle the continue to maintain coverage and as the get healthier the system saves money?

This question is for my Sister who wants to move to Florida for her health. She is disabled?
She needs a full time nurse to monitor her equipment and medicine. Social Security and a small compensation check should cover anything she needs. What I would like to know is does anyone favor a certain city for her health care.
